When you upload a video, the file is sent to our server, patched with the Blood Engine, and returned to you as a download. The upload lives in a private temporary folder created just for that request.
Patch uploads are deleted immediately after processing. For signed-in accounts, we retain your Discord ID, username, avatar reference, tier, activity timestamps, and usage totals so we can enforce limits, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not retain uploaded videos as a permanent library.
File analysis (resolution, duration, codec, frame rate, and a quality score) happens locally in your browser before upload. We never receive that analysis unless you choose to patch the file.
Discord provides account identity and server-role information when you sign in. We do not sell your data. Uploaded videos are never used for advertising, training, or unrelated analytics.
Files are handled in memory and OS-level temporary storage only, and removed right after processing. We take reasonable steps to protect the service, but no method of transmission is 100% secure โ upload at your own discretion.
Questions about this policy or your data can be directed to the service operator.
